At your initial consult, we will explore the rhythms of your daily life, your diet and your sleep habits. We will assess how your body functions on a physical level and how you are feeling from an emotional perspective. Discussion of family, relationships, work life, hobbies and culture may be tools to help you understand the behavior and thought patterns in your life. Using all of this information and much more, we will make a workable plan together to meet your goals for optimal health and happiness.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel all treatments and services at the minimum of 12 hours prior to start time to avoid losing your deposit or class purchased. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur, but every late cancellation is subject to the $10 fee.
